Renton road closures for the week of June 30

Here are the road closures for the city of Renton during the week of June 30.

• Rainier Avenue N. will have intermittent lane closure between S. 3rd Street and Airport Way for construction work from June 30 to July 3, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.

• NE Sunset Boulevard will have shifting lane closures between Redmond Place NE to Union Avenue NE for utility installation and frontage improvements from June 30 to July 3, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.

• NE 12th Street will have intermittent lane closures from Union Avenue NE to Pierce Place NE for utility installation from June 30 to July 3, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.

• NE 6th Street will be closed between Tacoma Avenue NE and Union Avenue NE for asphalt repairs on July 1, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Traffic will be detoured onto Shelton Avenue NE to NE 7th Street.

• Bremerton Avenue NE will have intermittent lane closures from NE 6th Court to NE 7th Place for utility installation from Monday June 30 to July 3, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.

• Union Avenue will have intermittent lane closures near the intersection with NE Sunset Boulevard for asphalt repairs on June 30, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Traffic will be able to make a right turn onto Union Avenue From Sunset Boulevard.

• Union Avenue will have intermittent lane closures near the intersection with NE 4th Street for asphalt repairs on July 2, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Traffic will be able to make the right turn from Union Avenue to NE 4th Street and the right on NE 4th Street to Union Avenue.

• Union Avenue will have intermittent lane closures near the intersection with NE 10th Street for asphalt repairs on July 3, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Flaggers will be used for traffic control.
